Zhonglian Company develops fast in recent years based on correct market orientation and high standard of management. With the construction of new plant, two new SDJ-95A-200 type extrusion equipments increased with Brabender measurement facility. A successful trial run of XLPE line achieved at 9:18AM on Jan. 22 2017 upon efforts of colleagues in charge of install. The general process is that using LDPE as main raw material and adding anti-oxygen together with crosslinking agent to extrude compound. During the operation, all details were well controlled. The finished products are with uniform size and without obvious powder, meeting mechanical, physical and electrical property requirement of JB/T 10437-2004.
The successful trial run is a sign of expanding development. Under correct guiding of leaders and unite of every department, we firmly believe that Zhonglian will definitely achieve the goal of 2017!
